Okay ladies, I would really like to lengthen my LP. It usually sits around 11-12 days and I would LOVE to see 14 days! My question is... is there anything besides the progesterone cream that could help with this? I'm not a fan of any type of cream... I even am a procrastinator with lotion on my hands lol!

Any recomendations??? THANK YOU!

look into taking 100mg of vitamin B6 (if you take any one of the B vitamins, you should take them all, so maybe also get a B complex) and/or vitex.

Well, right now the only thing I'm taking is my blood pressure meds and an OTC prenatal.

I was also going to suggest vitamin B6. I am taking 50mg plus there is 20mg in my prenatal vitamin. This is my first time trying it so I can't say if it works or not but if you google B6 and luteal phase you will find lots of information and success stories. hth.

Awesome. Do you know if it would help me this cycle since today I am 3 DPO, I wouldn't be able to get any until tomorrow night after work. Tonight I have school after work and I won't have time... I really want a BFP, but I'm worried my LP's are messing up implantation or something... us TTCers always worry about dumb stuff I guess... or maybe just me... haha

I'm not sure. I started on cd1. The one thing I read was that once you start taking B6 you shouldn't stop, even if you get af/bfn. That you should wean off it. HTH.
