How long after starting Vitex did you start seeing RESULTS?
Hi Ladies,
I just started Vitex about 3wks ago and got AF and it finished after 5days which is great for me b/c without BC pills my periods can go on forever and a day!
I am pretty sure 3wks of taking Vitex couldn't have already started showing results like this....
How long did you take you to start seeing results after starting Vitex?

Actually, from my experience I saw an immediate result similar to yours and then things sort of tapered off/stopped.
When I took Vitex, AF started within a week of starting it and ran a fairly normal course. I continued with the Vitex but unfortunately didn't see any further results (or AF's) after starting it.
I'd actually be interested in seeing if anyone else has had the immediate response, in one form or another, and then seen further results later on.
I know from all that I've read, they say it takes a good 6 months of Vitex usage to see real results.

I started Vitex about 2 and a half weeks ago and got AF after a week of use! It ended a 50 day cycle and I don't know if it was the Vitex or what but my AF was lighter and less hellish than usual. So I'd say it helped.

When i started taking Vitex i saw results (as far as AF is concerned) with in 1 month! and I had not had AF for like 8 months!
I think for most it can take anywhere from 3-6 months but is possible!
