I just starting taking vitex last Sunday and no af yet. How long did it take you to get af when you first start taking vitex?

After 3 x 750mg tablets, I got AF the next day! Amazing it was. But it didn't seem to help bring on a second AF the following month. I should really start it up again, I've been 1-2 months without it now.

Vitex is very slow acting. It can take three to six months for you to notice a difference.
