I am starting met for the third time now. I have always stopped taking it because of stomach issues before I reach my full dosage.

1) What is your dosage?
2) How long did you take to get to taking your full dosage?
3) How did you go about increasing it?
4) When do you take it?
5) Any tips/tricks to avoid the horrible stomach cramping?

3 weeks
3) How did you go about increasing it?
week 1 - 500mg, week 2 - 1000mg, week 3 -1500mg
4) When do you take it?
Morning (with snack), afternoon (with snack), evening (with dinner).
5) Any tips/tricks to avoid the horrible stomach cramping?
I found that avoiding heavy carbs and refined sugars helped to reduce stomach upset.
