So I am on CD 37 today and am curious on how long it took each of you ladies on DCI to get your first AF?
This is particulary for the ladies who have very long cycles...did it help regulate you?

I would love to know the initial CD amount for each lady when they JUST started DCI and got their first AF!

This is the truth, I dont think DCI has actually gave me a period or ovulation. I thought a while back I ovulated with it, now I am more doubtful because I was using progesterone at the time, and a different thermometer.
I am losing wieght after I started Myo-Inositol, but found it hard to lose wieght with DCI without the Myo-Inositol. So I wonder if the Myo-Inositol is doing the most for me right now. Just my experience! But it has made other girls Ovulate and get periods, so dont go by just my experience
DCI mainly helps me with facial hair and smaller waist to hip ratio. My belly is smaller with DCI!

Hey ladies, are there any thin cysters here who needed to take more than 1 DCI pill? I tried taking 1 and it didn't seems to work. (I'm 5'4 119 pounds, and a type 1 (autoimmune/juvenile diabetic) I suspect I have mild (at the cellular level) not clinically apparent insulin resistance. I'm thinking about trying 2 DCI pills. Not looking forward to having to take Diane 35 and metformin:S.
My cycle lengths were all over the place, but usually well over 35 days, started taking DCI on Day 7 of my last cycle (because that's when the order arrived) didn't expect much but had my AF on day 29!! Currently on second cycle and had EWCM on day 14, so cautiously optimistic...
According to my weight (approx 148 pounds) I should be taking two tablets a day, but I've been rubbish and keep forgetting to take the evening one, so what I've achieved so far has been on one tablet a day...
I started dci when I weighed 210ish. I started with 1 pill a day and eventually went up to 4 pills a day. I did not notice any difference at all. I never lost a pound. I have stopped taking it. I know that some have had results, I just wish that I was one of them.

Today marks CD42 and still nothing!
Im still hoping it will bring on my AF anytime soon... I ordered the powdered version and hopefully get that today!
Now Im wondering if I have to take the Myo-Inso as well... oh boy..more money more problems lol

DCI was really great for me for weight loss and tiredness but
I never ovulated, I gave it a real fair chance too, so I got something with all the benefits of DCI and cheaper plus it made me ovulate as well
