Ladies,

How long did you spot after your m/c? I am not sure if I had an ectopic or normal miscarriage, but I did bleed heavily for 8 days and I have been spotting ever since. It's been 10 days since the heavy bleeding. I do go to the doctor again on Monday. I just don't know whether I should be concerned about this or not.

Any infor would be appreciated. Thanks!

My first miscarriage I had what was like a normal period, then spotting for maybe a week more. Maybe a few days short of a week.

Second miscarriage was a chemical and was just like a period.

Third I bleed forever... it would start and stop... start and stop... I think this went on for like 3 months. Then one day I got hit with horrible cramps, felt like my cervix was dilating... felt a gush... ran to the bathroom and passed a blood clot the size of a baseball. One of the nurses I talked to thinks I'd been forming a mucus plug and blood was clotting around it... then it finally decided to break free. Bled a day or two after that and then the bleeding finally stopped.

My first m/c I had a D&C and bled lightly for a few days. My second was a chemical pregnancy and it was just like a normal period, around 5-6 days.

I've been spotting for over 7 weeks now. The doc wasn't concerned about it, she said I'll stop spotting once the HCG has made it's way out of my system.

I had a chemical pregnancy or so my doctor thinks. I spotted on and off for two months.

I had a D&E last tuesday adn have been bleeding since (9 days) now it's down to spotting, but I'm still passing lasrge clots (sorry TMI)
