once your insulin levels and hormone levels are where they need to be, how long does it take for the pcos symptoms to go away.

I think it depends on the person, how fast the meds work, etc. It is different for everyone & not everyone's symptoms completely disappear. PCOS is so unpredictable!

I agree.I have most the symptons and mine go out of control if i forget my pills or am due on !!!

I'm not sure, what kinda meds are you on?

I am on glucophage, but I was exercising b4, stopped now, but before, lost a few lbs. like 10 or so and my periods started coming normal,...

GH_Lover: im on metformin (i guess thats the same as glucophage) my insulin levels are still too high, but i'm wondering once they go down how long it should take for my acne to clear up.
