I just started the EPO about 2 weeks ago and I haven't had any noticable affect from it. Does it take a while or might it just not be for me? I also started Vitex and Don Quai. Could this have altered my benefit of EPO? Thanks for your time answering...

I am taking EPO, Vitex and Dongquai as well. I ovulated on CD 15 then stopped the Vitex and Dongquai but continued EPO. I have read that it helps with the luteal phase. I don't think you are altering the benefits of epo with DQ and Vitex, Continue it all, O might happend if a few more days? Are you taking you temps? Do you have any CM?

I never have good CM...I am on my 4th month charting and always ovulated day 21 or 22. Today is day 21 and no detection in ovulation strips, no high temps and I need to stop worrying... The only thing different this month was adding the herbs...
I'll see what happens the next few days!

How long have you been taking vitex, dong quai and epo? Im just curious to see how long it took you to start O'ing on it Thanks for the info

I was very lucky, I ovulated on my first month. But I went on my crazy combo... Vitex, SP, DQ, Fo-ti, FUR, red raspberry leaf and bee pollen.
