My Mood: Points: 13,160.61 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 13,160.61 | How long does it take for met to work? I don't think it's working... I've been on met for about 2 months. My fasting blood sugar in the mornings is still high! I am not diabetic but I am prediabetic. Does this mean met isn't going to work for me?

I've been on it now for just over 4 months and while I don't test for levels of blood sugar, I'm just now starting to see changes. In 4 months I've only lost 5lbs, but my face has really cleared up. Much clearer, healthier looking skin. I'd stick with it for a few more months before I worried about it. Good luck!

I have completely changed the way I eat, and in 1 month I have lost 15 lbs already! I am so excited! I started met feeling very tired, but now I feel great! I guess it just depends on the person! |

taking met along with diet and exercise has really helped me get healthier. i've lost 50 pounds in 6 months.
hang in there joyful. you're probably about due for some labwork.

My Mood: Points: 572.12 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 572.12 | I have been on Met since May, the only change that I see is in my clothes. I haven't lost any weight however I had two regular AF which is a huge deal for me. For some reason I was hoping Met would decrease my need and want for sugary stuff, I think I want these things more since taking Met. |
