How long should I wait...

to change from BCP to saw palmetto?
I know both should not be taken together so I have decided to swap. I want to know if I can just let go of the bcp and start SP the next day or if I have to wait.

What I am most affraid of is having irregular AF but I am sure that with met everything should normalise right?

This hair loss is depressing me more and more.. i'm stressing out over it and probably losing more hair cause of the stress. heh.

Can anyone help me? I want my hair back and I want it back ASAP and I am willing to deal with the concequences.

i have done my research and it seems to be ok to take both Spiro and SP. The only thing i am worried about is I am currently in the dating scene and leaving the BCP aside may not be a good idea (just in case - because i am not ready to conceive, although the chances are still minimal, they are still there). I'm not sure what do to.. but I'm desparate to find something that won't worsen my hair loss.

Have you considered changing the brand of BCP? You might do better on a different brand....

And if you find one that helps with the hair loss....let me know. I'm thinning too...
