Question How long to take Met?

Hi!! (I am a newbie) GREAT website BTW. A real service to womankind!

I was wondering if anyone of you or someone you know, have been able to get off the meds completely after "cure"? If so, please give the details, what tests, if any were given, etc.

Being at the beginning, I am wondering if there is some end in sight. I mean, I hate the thought of having to be on meds for life, if I can avoid it.

I want so much to have another child (we have one wonderful daughter, 10 1/2 yrs old). I am in the final hours of my "clock" here (43 y.o.), so I am hoping this will work. I am also hoping for significant weight loss. So I have all my bets on the met!

Thanks and God bless,
Gette (pronounced "jet", short for "Georgette")
