Before met I could go six months...easily. After met they were sporadic from 40-50 days apart. With the addition of diet and exercise they became regular 27-31 days.

Before Met, I never get my AF unless induced. 1st cycle after Met was 45 days. I'm now waiting for my second AF, I'm on Day 37 now

I've only been on one month, and my cycle was 35 days. Before that I was having 36-41 day cycles, missing my period 3 times in hte past 17 months. I think met should shorten them a bit more but not dramatically.

The first year on met, I wasn't commited to changing my diet and my sycles were 28 days and then they'd whack out and go all the way up to 60-70+ days. When I finally got committed to exercise and regulating my insulin with diet, it was like a new situation..Now I have been 28-33 day cycles for over 3
years.

Hope it answers your question!
