My annual exam is next week, and my AF has stopped coming on my current BCPS. I know they are going to chage it again, but this will be my third one. After such bad side effects with the first one, I am nervous about what moving up the levels will do.
Any kind words of support?

Sometimes it's not a matter of upping the levels of hormones. It can be changing to a different type of hormone altogether.

I've tried a total of 5 brands now. I know it sucks to change around and not know if it will be ok....but it can take a while to find one that you tolerate well.
