How much did Provera raise your BBT?

I am currently taking Provera to bring on AF after having a chemical pregnancy last month. I expected that when I started the provera, my temp would go up because of the progesterone, but it shot up higher that it usually is at this time after I actually ovulate! Is that normal? With how high my temp is, I am concerned that maybe I ovulated on the same day that I started the provera, so my progesterone is actually doubly high. If I amazingly got pregnant again, I don't want to be taking the provera and cause birth defects... Anyone else that is charting their BBT had a similar experience?

This has happened to me too...my temps on Provera are mid to high 98's which is a little higher then when I O. Normal pre-O temps for me are low to mid 97's. Odds are you didn't ovulate. This confused the heck out of me at first too, but now I'm just used to it, that is what it does to me as far as temps go. HTH.
