Exclamation How much does Clomid cost for you?

I went to the pharmacy today to get my prescription for Provera and had the paper to fill the clomid. I asked "Just wanted to know how much this is..I don't need it now". After 10 min the lady says 'The best I can do for you right now is $37.50. I have to talk to your insurance first." YIKES!! I hope they work..that is $7.50 each pill.

Am I right in how much it costs..or am I wrong? Just seems a little high. Let me know

Clomid for the month cost me about €10.09 which is the same parity as dollar and thats for 500 mg as I am taking 100 mg a day!

Its very inexpensive here in Ireland.

If our medication goes over €65 the Govt pay the balance under the Drugs Payment Scheme. It was a God send to me when I was doing injectables as these can come to about €500.

hi,
I'm in St. Lucia, the Caribbean and one round ( i.e. 5, 50mg tablets) cost me $17 EC which is about $7 US or £4.00. I guess it's because it's not in high demand here, not many people bother to plan pregnancies.

For 5 - 50mg tabs:
$20 at Costo
but I paid $27.99 at Savons (Albertsons) because I did not want to drive across town and spend the $7 on gas.

For 5 50mg tablets it costs me around $25.00 . . . I'm currently on 100mg so it costs me about $50! It is expensive, but, if it works, worth it!

THanks for letting me know how much you pay..I am glad that I am getting a good deal. The gals (a few) at work are happy that I am starting Clomid. OH, just what we need is another pg lady at work.

For 5 (50mg) pills, my pharmacy charged $33.29. Fortunately, my insurance company paid most of it and I personally only had to pay $9.70.

Unhappy

In Ontario 5 pills of 100mg cost me $59.00 but fortunatly my hubbies benifits covered 80% so it was not that bad. They will cover up to 15000.00 per year of fertility treatments so I am very blessed in that regards!!

Well in Australia I am not sure how much it costs without a HealthCare Card, which is issued by the Government.

I pay A$3.60 for 10 50mg tablets, anything after that gets billed to the Government I guess, so it is realtively cheap if you are on a HCC here in Australia. The way the dollar is going at the moment I guess that would equal to about US$1.50.

Thank goodness it's cheap cause otherwise it would be a struggle to afford it with everything else I am on!!

My insurance also does not cover the clomid, I am now on 150mg day 3-7 and it cost me $65.09 so that is about $4.34 per pill (I have been taking it for 8 months know) . It is really expensive but it will be all worth it if it works.

I think I paid $22 for five pills---pretty inexpensive compared to injectables!
