I've read to start out at 80 mg. You can always add another pill next month if you don't ovulate. Taking too much can cause you to not ovulate though, so personally I wouldn't take over 160 mg. If you've taken Clomid though, I believe you're supposed to take double whatever your dosage of that was.

I had taken up to 150 mg of clomid and didn't ovulate and 300 mg of soy sounds like to much to me, what about trying 150 mg of soy?

Yeah wow, that would be way too much I think. I would start at 120 or 160 if I were you. I am by no means an expert, but I don't think this soy thing is an exact science. Too much can make you O early, way too much can make you not O at all, so just go with your gut. Personally I am 215 lbs and 5'8", so I was going to start at 160mg, but decided to cut it back just in case as I am technically on a break this month. If the 80 doesn't work I know to increase it later, when we're back on the wagon.

I ovulated on 100mg Clomid.......so I take 200mg soy and have ovulated each cycle, taken...this last cycle though was cd25 and I'm not happy with that...so this one, I'm taking it cd1-5 and see what happens, if nothing....I'll ask about Clomid for next cycle.
