How often do u get biopsies endometrial Hyperplasia n can Clomid cause hyperplasia?

hey guys i have had endometrial hyperplasia at least twice in the last three years. and was wondering how often do those of you have biopsies?
Ok i had a biopsy in august 2004 and it was ok,
I had another biopsy in november 2005 and it came back endometrial simple hyperplasia without atypia. I had a d and c and it confirmed the simple without atypia. I was put on megace for four months, and in april 2006 i had another biopsy which showed clear, no hyperplasia. I was put on prometrium 100 mg to induce periods, i hadnt had one for five or more years. In the end of 2006 i was under a lot of stress and went four months without a period. Had an endometrial biopsy in June 2007 came back complex hyperplasia without atypia, so they wanted to do another d and c to make sure, it came back clear. I went ever 3-6 months for transvaginal ultrasounds, and my lining was 5 then 7 and then 10.5 in september. they said it was ok, and to come back in oct for follow up about trying to conceive. my dr said i wouldnt ovulate after taking prometrium for almost two years, but i said i wanted to try on my own. i did my 21 day and sadly it was 1.1 i just got those results today. they told me to take my prometrium 10 days instead of 14 days (for the past couple years i have been taking it 14 days out of the month, but always spot or start af on day 10, hense the reason she said to take it for 10 days and do clomid on cd 3-7. Now im worried that i havent had a biopsy or d and c in 14 months. She said to go ahead and ttc. Am i missing something? Did anyone else stop their biopsies?
im also worried that clomid will cause problems with the hyperplasia or cause cancer, not sure if it increases estrogen which feeds hyperplasia ect.

Thanks so much for sharing your history. I have not had biopsies yet because my endometrial hyperplasia was nothing more than a thick lining of the uterus. I do however know that Clomid usually causes a THINNING of the lining, and that means it would NOT contribute to hyperplasia. Hyperplasia just means more cells and thus a thickened lining. That's the reason why we take the progesterone, to BEEF UP or thicken the lining to just the right level to force a period once we stop the progesterone. Then the lining is at the perfect thickness to start the Clomid.

If you are worried about starting to TTC without doing another biopsy, I say to go for it and get more testing before taking the Clomid. Good luck and I hope that helped at least a tiny bit.
