Default How often do you get cycles?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering how often you are getting a cycle/AF? So often I read that PCOS symptoms are relieved by losing weight - so what do we thin cysters do about it?!

Thanks!

Post cycles

I'm not insulin resistant or diabetic, but Metformin caused me to have regular cycles for the first time ever.

I hardly ever get AF on my own, as far as I know, but I've never let it go for more than 6 or 7 months without taking Provera.
I'm not IR but am on Met (for 6 months now) and it hasn't done anything toward bringing my period back.

I voted every month, but its more like every 1-2 months (I felt that 2-3 months wasn't as accurate)
