1) how old do you have to be before you can adopt a child

and

2) do you have to be in a stable relationship or can you be single?

Your age depends on where you want to adopt from. You don't have to be in a relationship to adopt.

im far to young to adopt a child as im only 16 unfortunatly but i hope to adopt when i am older.

I know if you adopt from Guatemala you can be single, but i'm not sure on other countries. I know China is 30. It really just depends. A lot is around 25. Have you thought about how you want to adopt.
