Red face How to reduce bloat while waiting for af?

My cycles are 53-83 days long. I get so uncomfortable after the a month of no af. I'm thin, so when my belly gets all bloated and tight it is really noticable and very uncomfortable. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks so much!!!

Hi Daisy365,

I get bloated too and it's very noticable because I"m a thin cyster. I find steering clear of all carbs (esp bread, rice, pasta) helps a lot.

Cheers,
Suz

Default Are you IR?

SuzSc -

Are you IR? Bloating is a huge sign of IR. I would recommend staying away from carbs and sweets, that may help.

In addition to avoiding carbs, I've had a lot of luck with taking acidopholis (sp?) pills. They really help my swollen, tender belly feel better.
