Default How regular is your AF??

How regular is your AF? (not including those on BCPs)

Just wanting to get an idea of how many people actually have regular AF and how many dont? Also whether you are a skinny or heavy cyster?

Im a skinny cyster (but have been heavy many times) and I regularly have AF every 32-34 days.

Mine is pretty regular....30 days usually. It's always been pretty regular. I used to be skinny but I've gained weight over the last few years. I'm 5'6 and currently weigh 145 pounds...not skinny but not obese.

Mine had been regular for as long as I can remember, every 28 days. Even now that I've had the hyst, I still experience PMS and ovulation like clockwork. Once upon a time I was a thin cyster, but am currently 65 to 70 lbs overweight. At my heaviest, I was 90 lbs, but AF was still regular then.

Well I am an in-betweenie-cyster, not big, not small just in the middle. My cycles are horriable. I can go 6 months without one, the doctor has to give me Provera to start my period and since it don't stop on it's own I have to have another round of Provera to stop it! If I do get a period without help, it will not stop, I have went for 3 months straight before. That is when I learned i have PCOS! It sucks, I feel like a defective toy!

I am overweight and I don't get AF until I "induce" it. I haven't been taking my Metformin like I should but I will begin this week.

Well, when I first got my period it was the textbook 28 day cycle. Perfectly on time. Every month. Then my cycles went haywire. 6 months of periods, 6 months without periods. Afterwards, my cycles were non-existent. From January to March of this year I had normal cycles, thanks to my weight lost of 12lbs. Then I started to stress eat from TTC and now I have all the weight back and my periods are again haywire. I hope to start metformin this week though to help!

Without meds I don't have a period. I am very heavy. But last year I lost 50lbs, I had a period for a while on my own, and then it stopped again. I am taking Spiro hoping to have one on my own, but I have a feeling it is gonna have to be induced. I don't like taking inducing meds....they make me sick.

I have regular clockwork periods and always have. Every 28 days. I didn't believe I had PCOS because of this, but it turned out my LH/FSH is screwed up and the cycles are mostly anovulatory. As long as I am on Met I ovulate almost every month. I am about 30-40 pounds overweight.

My af is too regular, and pretty much been that way since puberty, but seems I am annovulatory anyway. I have about an 18 day cycle, so it can be just over 2 weeks from the start of one period until the next, which really sucks, coz not only is it inconvenient to have so many periods, but I'm also not ovulating!! I basically got rx'd on b/c pill to alleviate having periods so often, and never really got advised to look into the reasons, or I would've been dx'd with pcos a lot sooner...
I started met about 3 weeks ago, and started primulot n (progesterone) yesterday to hold off af, then will begin first clomid cycle on cd's 5 to 9. I'm a heavy cyster, have been for forever, although have lost weight a couple of times which regulated periods for a while until I gained the weight back.
