more strenuous activities? I used to run, and I WANT to run, but I don't dare. Had my d&c Friday - it was smooth but I am still a tad sore and spotting (just a very little bit). I know I can't swim for a while, but what about jogging/running or other forms of exercise? Running helps me emotionally , so . . . it would be nice right now to be able to MOVE.

BelleMere, sorry I am not sure about this question, but I can say I went for a long walk the day after my D&C and had NO problems. It wasn't very strenuous, though.

I asked my doc about this and he said that I had no significant restrictions after the D&C. He did tell me to wait until after my 2-week followup to have intercourse. So, I'd wait two weeks to do anything strenuous.

I'd check with the doc to make sure.
