is this it? | By Collette Harris? That's the one! She wrote another book as well, called PCOS: A Woman's Guide to Dealing with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I found it very helpful too.

| I am about 5'3" and my weight has been varying between 132-138 or so. But if I'm not careful, I can gain 20lbs or more real easy and have a hard time getting it back off. I can't say I stay away from carbs, my lunch consists of a bowl of cereal. And I'm not a big meat eater. I eat chicken a lot, but as for red meats I only eat if I have to. I just try to watch how much I eat since I eat the 'bad' foods. My favs. are cereal and pasta .

| I second the collette harris books. I'm reading PCOS and your fertility. I just recommended the diet book in another thread. They make it very understandable and give clear action plans! LOVE THAT!

I'm so excited about this forum - so much of the advice seems to be tailored towards overweight women. Lose 10 pounds? You've got to be joking! |

My Mood: | I would consider myself to be a "thin cyster." I am 5'7 and only 118 lbs. I am like some of y'all, I couldn't afford to loose 10 lbs. Gain it YES!!!! I refer to myself as the walking stick!
