My Mood: Points: 1,157.79 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 1,157.79 | Hey ladies, I am 5'5" and weigh in at 118 pounds. I also have endometriosis that causes severe pain which prevents me from eating sometimes. I will say that I am probably a little more weird about my weight than I should be. Because there is the possibility of me gaining I am very careful on what I eat yet still have fun with eating. I like to eat organic as much as I can. I also eat local when the season is right. I also hike just about every day with my 2 year old and 2 dogs. I also make a point to cook at home so I know what is going into the food I eat.
I told my doctor about this site and I asked if she thought I would not have many good responses if I were ever asked about my weight. She said it was most likely a better idea to keep it to myself.
I hope that everyone knows that we are who we are. But most important we all have the same syndrome and it is such a pleasure to have you all here so I can get support as well as offer support. We all need each other to know we are not alone. |

Finally, the fourth did an ultrasound and what do you know... major PCOS. So frustrating!!! Now I can't get her to give me met b/c I am "too thin". Whatever.

I would probably go to 100lbs if I started working out, but will be adding more muscle mass because I like being around 105. I didn't look heavy at 118, and even know I still have fat, I am not athletic or super trim or anything. Weird.

My Mood: Points: 1,588.25 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 1,588.25 | i was about 113 and almost 5'6 when i was diax w/pcos. i am now 124/125 after baby #2 and my cycles are regular finally! not sure if it's due to my having had 2 kids or having gained a little weight. i'm actually now trying to lose 4-5 pounds. :-) 120 is my ideal weight, i'm a little flabby in areas now. 1st time ever!
