I have fluctuated between 99 and 118 (heaviest 125 my freshman year of college) when on birth control I am at my heaviest. Does that seem strange to be at ones heaviest on birth control I thought it was supposed to do the opposite? Off birth control I am always 104-110 on I am 115-120 so of course, I stopped BCP! |

For one thing, it doesn't take into account how much muscle you have. Muscle weighs more than fat. I work out. I've gotten compliments on my toned arms and legs. And my endocrinologist was even hesitant to diagnose me with PCOS, because as he said, "You're not overweight, by any stretch of the imagination."
I wouldn't take that equation too seriously. You could find out your body fat percentage by going to the gym, and they have this thing you hold onto and then it gives you a number.
