I'm 5'6" and about 120 pounds. About four years ago I was about 145 pounds, and in my teens I even got up to 165. Lost weight by cutting back on calories (a lot a one point) and doing resistance training.
Now, I'm not on a special diet - I just try to choose healthy things to eat, although I get bad cravings for carbs. Eating simple carbs, I've recently noticed, makes me feel weird (dizzy, tired, can't focus), so I'm gonna cut back on all of that and see what happens. |
