how will i know, apart from taking blood tests, that the medication is working? i have hirsutism and i'm taking aldactone.

One day you'll look in the mirror and notice that there's less hair than usual on your face/belly/back/wherever. Or, if you remove it all, it will start to grow back at a slower pace, and finer. For a while you don't notice and then all of a sudden you do!

I have Spiro too, and one day noticed that my 'hair' seemed to be a bit less.
