How will timing affect results? I was tested for PCOS by my gyno, and just picked up the results to go to an endo tomorrow.... Looking at my numbers by the standards I've found, my LH:FSH are off, and my DHEAS are slightly elevated...
But I was tested at least midcycle or beyond, so will these numbers be affected by that, or do those numbers and ratios not matter as much?
Thanks!
Dawn

I don't know if those things change with your cycle or not. I suppose the endocrinologist would, though.

It matters(I believe) if you are trying to conceive.
I would suggest you pop in on that board and see what they say.

From what i've read and understand the best time to test is CD3 unless you have amenorrhea (absence of periods)
