I'm going to start taking Vitex. I was just wondering if maybe I should take a HPT before I start it or wait until AF comes. Who knows when she shall show her smiling face!

Also, I've read different articles on when to take it. Should I stop during AF? Or stop after O? Or take it all the time until I get a +HPT? Oh so many questions!

Herbs are so confusing.

I would say yes to take an hpt before starting it - just incase.

I wouldn't wait for af. But that is me.
You don't have to stop it during af. Some do
You don't have to stop it after o. Some do
You DO have to stop it if you are preg!
