I decided to join the June challenge with many other cysters yesterday. And as I was praying last night I realized how much I have been thinking about self-improvments lately. I mean, I know that there is nothing wrong with wanting to take care of myself better physically, but I would like to ask or my Christian cysters to pray that this will not become my total focus and that my motivations in wanting to take better care of myself will be pure and selfless.

Very good point. I also remind myself that I need to give this problem over to the Lord. He will tell me when it's time to eat (I will be hungry) and will help me every step of the way if I just ask Him. God bless! Sending prayers for all of us!
