I hope you don't mind my being here, but my husband was just diagnosed yesterday. Does anyone have any advice on how to cope with a new diagnoses, or have any online support groups for family members?

My husband has been BiPolar for many years, before I even met him. It's an everyday struggle, but as long as the lines of communication are open and you let them know that you are there for them, it's a start. Find a therapist yourself and inquiry about what else you may be able to do to help them.
Dh was on Zoloft when we first met and he took himself of gradually. Now he's not on it and he's doinf alright, however I wouldn't advise that unless you talk to the physician about it.
(((HUGS))) Good Luck. I hope things will look up for you guys soon. I'm here if you ever need to talk sweetie!
