Question Husband's Vitamins

Hi ladies! I am new to the soulcysters site, although not to PCOS. I had a quick question regarding vitamins I bought for DH, and was hoping someone here might be able to help. The vitamins contain saw palmetto. I know it is not recommended for women to take that while ttc but is it okay for a man to take it?

I would really appreciate any help you can offer. I don't want him to start them until we are 100% sure.

Thanks,
Angie

Saw Palmetto is excellent for the prostate gland. It has been shown to prevent prostate cancer. It is in most vitamins made for men. You can do a search on www.pubmed.com to find some research done on it.

Default Great Book

You might consider Paavo Airola's text Every Woman's Book which explains what must be done by both mother and father in order to combat most forms of infertility and most birth defects for two years prior to conception. This book is renowned for assisting couples in conceiving some of the healthiest babies known via following his protocol for two years prior to conception.
