I didn't see this on here - so I thought I'd share...
You can find this at your local Rite-Aid - and it's only a couple bucks.
Find the 1% Hydrocortizone cream (I cant spell - sorry). It doesn't prevent acne - but if you get the nasty gigantic boils on your chin like I do - it clears them up twice as fast as anything I've tried. And I've tried almost everything!!!

I'm not sure why it works - but you will be impressed - I promise.

I absolutely LOVE hydrocortisone cream (and the most non-greasy one I've found is the Wal-mart generic Equate). I use it around my nose to keep my dry skin (eczema) at bay and it works beautifully.

My dermatologist told me that prolonged use of hydrocortisone will cause tiny red spider veins to appear.

I found that tea tree oil does the same at least with acne, but with out the side effects. I love tea tree oil it helps with almost every thing.

I don't use cortisone unless I have too. It is really effective but not so nice to the body.
