Default Hydroxyprogesterone

Hydroxyprogesterone, does anyone know about this hormone? What's normal? How high it should be for the averge female in her mid-twenties? What does the hormone regulate? Does it have any effect on sleep? I know that most of the referance rangers say under a particular number. For women in the follicular stage it is supposed to be below 80. What does it mean if I have a 13? Is that too low? Any leads would be appricated.

I have looked at the labs article on these boards, but it did not give me enough info.

I did find the following article which may be useful. It indicates that rapidly droping progesterone which occurs after ovulation can cause sleepiness. Check out the link below.
