Post Hypoglycemia

I was recently diagnosed with IR and hypoglycemia. I know hypoglycemia is connected with diabetes and I was wondering if anyone else has this. I'm trying to read as much as I can to understand it more but I would greatly appreciate anyones else's input or experiences.

Thanks,
Jennifer

Default I have hypoglycemia

I have hypoglycemia. Six years ago, here in Mexico, I was blood tested 4 times in the morning, the first time without eating anything, right away they gave me a very sweet orange drink, and one hour later I was tested again, then an hour later again, they finally an hour later I was tested for the last time. The test showed I process sugar too fast. The glicemia curve went down with a strong inclination. I was told I had hypoglycemia. I was suggested to stay away from sugar, cause this could turn into hyperglycemia. I also suffer from PCOS. I was diagnosed 7 years ago.
