Default Is Hypoglycemia & Insulin Resistance related??

I have recently been dx with PCOS (within the last month). My Dr didn'tgive me much info or do any further testing after my trans-vag.U/S. She has recomended an RE that I am now going to se in AUG.
I have Hypoglycemia and I was wondering if it ties in with PCOS at all??? TIA!!

i think it certainly does!!! in my case my insulin is really high..so what happens is... my body floods with insulin..eats up all my sugar quickly..... then drops me into hypogylcemia..... ITS HORRIBLE to be hypoglycemic......

so imo it is definately tied in xoxoj enn

I agree with prune, I think IR and Hypoglycemia are bed buddies and IR and PCOS are long term bed buddies so it's only natural for Hypoglycemia and PCOS to romp around now and again. =D

I found the IR diet to be most beneficial for my hypoglycemia. If your having problems with it that is. I guess diet is the best cure for it, or so I've found.
