Hi all, I just ordered Hyponidd and was wondering if I should stop taking the Inositol that I have been taking? I have noticed that my weight has remained stable while on it, but from what I have heard you all say the Hyponidd will help with my weight, so maybe I don't need both? I am going to take Cinnamon as well, since that seems to be a good combo.
Any advice is much appreciated!

hyponidd comes from an indian company: charak pharmaceuticals. but it is distributed by india abundance. if you look this company up (charak), under women issues, they recommend 2 products for PCOS. Hyponidd and M2 Tone.
An american comapny biogetica sells these 2 products in their pcos kit along with other products. I have ordered hyponidd and m2 tone and have been on it for 3 days now. I contacted biogetica, the kit is a 45 day supply and they suggest that you atleast try the products for 3 months. So, I bought 3 months worth of hyponidd and m2 tone from india abundance. hyponidd 4 tabs/day and m2 tone 2 tabs/day. I hope this helps!!
Thank you for that link. I ordered it...but on the ship to it says India Abundance Details....I tried every way in the world to change that to my name but it wouldn't change. Did you have this problem?? I hope I get the hyponidd....it has the right address....

I have been taking Hyponidd as an alternative treatment for my PCOS for about 8 weeks now and I am shocked to say that I just got my period yesterday! It's my first natural (non-induced) period in over 10 years. I am achy and crampy and LOVING it. I am so grateful for soulcysters' postings because I never would have known about Hyponidd otherwise. I have tried EVERYTHING and this was literally my last option. If this didn't work I was going to go back to BC pills. HOORAY!!!
I don't have the answer to your question but I was wondering where you got the hyponidd? I have only found one website and it comes in a kit.
