Presuming you're on Provera to induce a period, you'll probably want to finish your current refill, because unlike Provera, hyponidd probably won't induce an almost-immediate period. I'm no expert on this, so definitely read the other threads! Good Luck!

Thanks!!!!

There are some other medicines from Charak Pharmaceuticals like M2 tone, Obenyl Tablet which will help to overcome the difficulties of PCOS. Also Ayurvedic classical medicines like Sukumara rasayan, Eranda tail, Tila qwath are also useful to treat PCOS. You will find this stuffs in ayurvedaforall.com

I'm doing well! I started Hyponidd on Nov 13. No GI issues at all, big improvement there over Met. I weighed myself today for the first time since last Tues, and to my surprise, I actually lost a bit over a pound. There was Thanksgiving of course, where I didn't exercise much restraint, and then my fiancee and I stayed at a cabin in the woods from Fri-Sun and I ate whatever I wanted then too - I'm talking Doritos, Coke, wine, Pop-Tarts or muffins at breakfast, cheese, crackers. The only exercise I got was in the hot tub (haha...TMI, sorry) and then a 6-mile hike one day. So I was pleasantly surprised this morning to discover I hadn't gained.

Default my experience with hyponidd

hey soul cysters,
i havent had much luck with hyponidd as yet...ive been taking 4 hyponidd tablets as recommended 2 before lunch and dinner...and 2 M2-tone tablets as well as Multivitamin and zinc tablet...my skin hasnt improved that much.. I started on the 15th of September and ive even put on weight! This could perhaps also be due to the fact that I do zero exercise and have a sedentary lifestyle...
Am i doing something wrong? I want a clear skin and slimmer waistline! How do you take the Hyponidd tablets exactly 30 mins before meals, first thing in the morning or what?
Please help me!!!!

I think you answered your own question when you said you lead a sedentary lifestyle. Exercise is even more important than supplements or meds; there is no magic pill. They work best in harmony with one another.

Its not really a magic pill where u can keep eating as normal and expect to lose weight unfortunately. It may stop you from gaining some but ultimately, if you are taking in more calories then you are using then you will put on weight. There is no possible way to avoid that.

hyponidd helps most of us lose weight with dieting, as we are unable to lose weight when dieting or exercising with pcos.

Talking of diet and exercise I really gotta do better myself. Im really slacking at the mo....

Pearl is right however, I thought I'd throw one thing out there for everyone. I've found that for me Hyponidd works better in combination with Cinnamon....

Pearl, are you doing the same protocol you did before you conceived Jasmin? How is it working out for you this time around?

Sorry to ask you so many questions....I'm just so desperate to get cured of PCOS... i hate the hair the acne the weight!!!! aghhh

Hi everyone,

My name if Michelle and I'm new to this site...I've read this whole thread on hypoidd. I think I'm gonna order some and try it...I'm currently taking vitex and dong quai, I've only been taking it for about a week now but since reading this thread I think this would be better. I was dianosed with pcos last year and the met was terrible so I decided to search for other alternatives. I prefer to go the natural way instead of a whole bunch of prescriptions. Not really ttc but would like to see AF. Anyway thanks you guys for sharing and please continue...thanks!

Hey Ladies!

Midlight I am not doing the same regime as I am breast feeding, so some herbs are a bit risky , such as milk thistle?? I dont wanna risk it as my little one has a sensitive tummy

So...I dont take cinnamon anymore. Im just dieting and taking hyponidd. I am taking some omegas still when I remember and vit B complex as it helps my anxiety and OCD LOADS!!! Also Vit C when I remember as it helps me avoid colds and infections very well.

To be honest, with baby around, I hardly get time to look after myself and take any vitamins but hyponidd is my priority and losing weight. I know the herbs in hyponidd gives some vitamins such as C. Hell I dont even get time to brush my teeth some days!!!
