Points: 488.59 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 488.59 | Hypoplastic Breasts? After thoroughly researching PCOS, since I was recently diagnosed with it, I figured out I have breast hypoplasia. Unfortunately, all the research I've done points to getting plastic surgery—which, in all senses, I don't have a problem getting. It's just that I'm not financially capable of getting it right now.
I was wondering, since I'm being put on birth control after my high blood pressure is regulated, if it's just plastic surgery that helps, or if some kind of hormonal treatment has proven to fix the look and shape of hypoplastic breasts? I'm not trying to get pornstar breasts or anything, I just want relatively normal looking breasts. )= Anyone else have this problem?
Or, if plastic surgery IS the only solution, has anyone had success in getting it covered by their insurance? (I know it'll make it even harder to breastfeed, but at eighteen years old, I'm already almost certain I plan to adopt.) |

I do have breasts, though, despite their shape. I'm a B, but they just don't /look/ right. And they look a lot like the images I've seen of hypoplastic breasts.

I'm like size 44DD but the right side is more like a D than DD. I'm about to start Yaz and a spiro so maybe they'll even. I had no idea the possibility of BF was at risk! I don't know if I'll every TTC but I thought since my breasts were large that was a given, geez, now I know better. Oh and I hate the way they look too :-( |
