TSH (should be less than 3)
Free T4 (should be at least midway in the lab range)
Free T3 (should be midway to upper quadrant of the lab range)
TPO antibodies test (to check for autoimmune hypothyroidism, aka Hashimoto's Thyroiditis)
Ferritin (iron stores), because sometimes low ferritin can mimic hypothyroidism symptoms
Are you on any medications that may be contributing to your symptoms? Metformin (Glucophage) can cause tiredness and nausea, for example. So can blood pressure meds.
