Hysterectomy due to PCOS pain

I just came back from the Dr. and they can't explain why I am having so much pain. At this point, I can't even have sex without almost ending up in the hospital. Has anyone gone through this? The Dr. said I might still have pain even after the hysterectomy, I'm not sure what to do. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas. Thanks
