Hello I have PCOS. I am currently taking 2000 mgs of metformin daily and have tried 3 rounds of clomid (50,100, & 150 mg). At 50 mg my progesterone level was 0.5, on 100mg my progesterone level was 1.1, and at 150mg my level was 1!!!! I am very discouraged! I have also found out 2 weeks ago that I have a cyst on my left ovary a little larger than a grapefruit and one on the right ovary that is just a little smaller!!!! I am very disgusted and depressed, not to mention in a great deal of pain! I have a hysteroscopy/laparoscopy scheduled for November 1. Has anyone ever had this surgery? Has anyone had any success getting pregnant after it? If you have any advice I would greatly appreciate it! Look forward to hearing from ya'll!

Yes, I have had that to determine if I had endometriosis or blockages. My PG problem was mostly hormonal as I am ovulating and all is clear. My egg just doesn't release. I guess I'm my own bcp! At my age, I'm not intentially looking for increased pg but to be healthy. Anyone else?
