 I am confused.....Please Help
I really do hope that someone can give me some insight...my temp before o is usually 97.4 - 97.7 and yesterday it was 97.7 and this am it was 96.7? That looks like a dramatic drop it has never happened before! Usually it is 97.7 and after o it jumps to 98. It has never dropped like this. The only thing different is I have been taking liquid vitex instead of a pill and black cohosh. Could these have anything to do with my temp. Last month I was taking the vitex pill and it did not do that after o it jumped to 98. Or could my temp be caused by something else?
