You need to 'withdraw' your money from the BANK and put it in your POCKET. You can only 'spend' money that is in your pocket.

Go back to the main bank page and reload.

The same thing has happened to me, and turned out the number of points in my pocket changed dramatically with a hit on the reload button.

I don't know why it acts like that, but always reload!

Yeah it did the same to me...just keep reloading the bank page and it should deposit it.
