It was a long afternoon. The doc was late as usual and we cheered when he showed up. The nurses could not find a vein..so someone else did..and then i had to use a board to keep it (the needle in). I got out into recovery and was dry heaving...I was hungry no doubt...last I ate was 3 am. lol. I finally left at 6 pm...5 hours later.
So i am relaxing and i called work...got the rest of the week off. Well not my way of using a week of vacation...but have no choice.
I got the beta back and it was 10,000 Something verses !4,586. So we called my dad and he goes ok...sounds like it needs to be done...then he called there friend who works at the hospital and she checked on us now and then.

Cathy, I'm glad to hear you are recovering well. I too used my vacation for miscarrying, and it totally sucks. But, you have to do what you have to do right?! Good luck in the future, and lots of baby dust your way.

I am glad you are getting there wherever there is. I am still trying to figure that out. Today is my first day back at work and I too had to use my vacation time.
Physically, I am getting there and emotionally well I am working on it.
We will get there Cathy. ALL of us who are in mourning. We will get to that better place and we will have our babies.
