Welcome to SC!

I don't take Met ER, but the 100mg of regular MET are pretty big too...with a little muscle from my hubby I was able to cut them in half, but after the first couple of weeks I gave up on cutting them and just started drinking a FULL glass of water with them. Not sure if that is helpful or not, but figured I'd share!
