Hello! Just wanted to introduce myself. My husband, Mike and I stated TTC in July 2004, we where very lucky and got pg right away, only to be told we had a molar pg. A molar pg is (or at least in my case) either a non mature egg or two spem and one egg, we are not positive which happened, but assuming with the recent digainosis of PCOS that it was the non matrue egg. I have talked to dr. for years before TTC about my cycles being crazy and very irregular. They always just told me that it was I was young and until I started to TTC there is nothing they can do. Well I beleived them until I had a very very bad experience in the way I was treated during my first and only pg. Then Mike and I bought a house and that caused me to switch dr. (moved to a differnt county) Now I have a great dr and I mentioned to him that my cycles where wacky to say the least and he was suprised the others didn't do something about it. Well right away I was diagnosised with PCOS. Finally an answer and a plan. Well with my new cycle starting today I called my dr and we begin Clomid on CD #3. YEAH! I am so excited. I have such high hopes that clomid is what we need.
I can't wait to meet and get to know all you you fine ladies.
Kari

Hi and welcome! I've always had wacky cycles too, and doctors always told me it was nothing to worry about....
Great that you have found a good doctor -- it much such a big difference!!
You might want to do some research on Metformin -- it makes such a big difference for so many women with PCOS.
Good luck!
