I am also in Northern Arkansas. I go to Conway to see an OBGYN. My doc retired, so I am seeing a new one. I have to wait until December to see him. There is a website for locating doctors that specializes in PCOS, but I can't remember it right now. There are several in Little Rock, so if I don't like my new one, I am going there. I believe they are at UAMS. I don't know of any in Northwest Arkansas. I am sure there are some, though. Fayetteville, Rogers and Springdale are growing areas and have some of the best doctors in Northern Arkansas. Good Luck.
