My husband is gonna be away on a business trip for a few days the second week of february
I am very dependant on him! I always feel better when he is around, and i'm scared bad things will happen when he's gone, like i'll have panic attacks or get mega depressed! What would I do??
We have just moved here and I have no friends or support and my family are wayyyyy too far away to go visit or have them come here.
I am sure i'll be fine, but I wish he didn't have to go

I am sorry you are feeling anxious, but remember that we are all here for you if you need to rant, talk, whatever. Also, if there is an emergency, you can call 911 right?
I just feel like such a wooooosie!!! Like I am an adult who's scared to be alone I feel like a little kid who needs a blankie and a soother lol!
I am trying to put a positive spin on it like............ atleast the house will be clean for those 4 days lol and i'll be able to watch all the movies that hubby doesnt really wanna see ect.

I went through the same thing. DH went away for a week and I thought I wasn't going to make it but I did.
We are always here if you need us. I will be watching for you posts that week.

I don't feel comfortable home alone either. I'd rather someone be around, even if I just know they're in their room.
Maybe you can plan something that will help keep you occupied and give you something to look forward too. Rent a bunch of movies, get some munchies and curl up on the couch. Maybe spend one night just calling friends/family and catching up with them.
I think you'll be alright...but if not, you can always talk to us.
