Default I am SO jealous!!

I see all my fellow Canadians planning get togethers and I wanna join too!

But as far as I know there isn't even 1 other cyster on here who lives anywhere near me I live in the northwest territories!

We will eventually be moving out of here and hope there are some cysters where ever we move!

Until then I guess i'll just sit and envy my canadian cysters who can get together

Pink, I feel for you. I've seen a couple of cysters from my area come and go but they dont seem to stay around long enough for us to all meet up.

I can truly say I have never been to Yellowknife I can also truly say it's not on my list of dream destinations.
Hopefully when you move back to the "real world" you can have a gtg.
Any ideas where & where your next move will be?

Calgary is nice I spent a month there last year.
He could always work in Calgary & the two of you could live in Banff.

Btw there's a Lush store there so you could buy lots of sweet smelling treats for yourself.

We were thinking of moving to Banff but because of my dh's parents(who are up there in age)we opted to stay here for a few more years but it's definately something we are still considering.

yeah, we used to live in calgary about 7 years ago! It was nice there and lots of shopping, which I miss terribly!

We have nowhere to shop here and nowhere to eat.

Hubby and I are flying out in may and going to medicine hat for a week to visit family and then in august we are driving out for 2 weeks and going to visit family in regina, saskatoon, edmonton and calgary!

And I am definatly hitting a lush store in edmonton or calgary!

It is soooooo sad the things I am looking forward to the most are eating at taco time, going to ikea and the malls!

On your way through from NWT to Edmonton, you should stop in my little town, Athabasca. It really is quite a pretty town, the river runs through it. I am 1.5hrs away from Edmonton, not too far for Dr app'ts and shopping, but without the pollution and noise and excess people. Lots of jobs for dh's as the main industry around here is logging and oilfield work. Many jobs for women as well, but it depends on what you do. The cost of living is way, way lower here than say Calgary.
Then, even if it is just you and I, we could have pcos support meetings in person!
I can get you some info...

its weird, hopeless and i live in vancouver Bc, a huge city, but we're the only ones representin' on here from vancouver!
there must be tons of pcosers here but none of them seem to be online. it'd be nice to have some kind of get together but if we did it'd just be the 2 of us hanging out haha.

Well, we could still get together and b*tch about PCOS...and gush over hot, pierced boys.

But yeah...where is everyone?!

Pink, you should come to Vancouver and meet up with us. Maybe we could get some cysters from Washington to come up here.

Ok so I know Im like a jillion lightyears away from anyone of you.. but damn, I wanna go to a place called Medicine Hat!!!

why cant we have good gritty names like this round here?

Pink, Ive been wanting to find the best place to see the lights before I die, I got a friend in Fairbanks who says that they are great there too. What makes your place better? The complete lack of civilization?
